Whether you’re tackling a home project in 2026 or have a New Year’s resolution to get gardening, there are plenty of home and garden-related shows this year to provide inspiration.
Here are nine home and garden shows in Lancaster County and beyond.
Jan. 10-11: Suburban Pennsylvania Home Show
Nearly 90 exhibitors will participate in this event at the Lancaster County Convention Center, which aims to provide inspiration for renovation and remodeling projects. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 11. Admission is free with online registration at the link below, or $10 at the door. The Lancaster County Convention Center is located at 25 S. Queen St., Lancaster.

Feb. 6-8: York Home & Garden Show
At this long-running event, attendees can find inspiration for an upcoming home renovation project, shop for deals on materials like flooring and tile donated by local contractors and take a workshop on candle-making or painting a ceramic birdhouse. It all takes place at UPMC Arena on the York Fairgrounds, 334 Carlisle Road, York. Admission is $8 per person; those 18 and under are free. Tickets are available online or at the door.

March 5-8: Pennsylvania Home & Garden Show
Central Pennsylvania’s biggest home and garden show will return in March to the PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center, 2300 N. Cameron St. in Harrisburg. More than 200 exhibitors will be on site, from kitchen and bath construction professionals to organizational system experts and companies specializing in pools, spas and sauna. There’s also an outdoor and landscape company presence, food and beverage vendors and more.
Richard Karn, known best for his role as Al on “Home Improvement,” and Virginia Chamlee, author of the book “Big Thrift Energy,” will speak at the event, but details are limited.
Admission for those ages 13 and up is discounted to $9 if purchased on or before March 4. General admission will rise to $11 March 5-8. There’s also an option for a four-pack of tickets for $33. Admission is free for kids ages 12 and under. Tickets are available online now at the link below.

Feb. 28-March 8: Philadelphia Flower Show
The nation’s largest and longest-running horticultural event returns this year with a theme centered on stories that help us feel connected through gardening. “Rooted: Origins of American Gardening” will celebrate everything from the nostalgia of a grandparent’s garden to traditions that inform how we garden today. As always, expect show-stopping floral displays, immersive garden exhibits and special activities like the popular “Butterflies Live!” experience and hands-on craft workshops in the show’s Artisan Row. Single-day general admission tickets are $43-54 for adults, $25-$30 for students ages 18-24 with valid ID and $20- $25 for those ages 5-17. (Price is dependent on date.) The event takes place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1100 Arch St., Philadelphia. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., besides March 8 when the show closes at 6 p.m.

March 14: GardenWise
This York County Master Gardeners event marks its 30th year in 2026. The all-day educational event will share information about gardening and ecological stewardship geared toward home gardeners and those concerned about conservation. Expect presentations on topics including plant diagnostics, landscape design, stormwater management, ecological gardening practices and more. Danae Wolf, author of “The Grass isn’t Greener: The Everyday Conservationist’s Guide to Bringing Nature to your Yard,” will give the keynote speech. The event takes place at Central York Middle School, 1950 N. Hills Road, York, from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 14. Tickets cost $75 and pre-registration is required; deadline is 11:45 p.m. Feb. 28.

April 17-18: Pennsylvania Herb & Garden Festival
This herb festival will feature speakers, workshops, crafts and more at the Memorial Hall East in the York Expo Center, 334 Carlisle Avenue, York. Tickets are available at the door, and the $10 daily admission fee includes all lectures, demonstrations and vendor exhibits. There is an additional fee to participate in workshops. Children ages 12 and under are free, and parking is free.

April 17-19: MidAtlantic Spring Festival
Mid-Atlantic Bonsai Societies will once again celebrate the meticulous work and patience of bonsai growers with an event at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg-Hershey, 604 Station Road in Grantville. Professional bonsai artists will give lectures and demonstrations, workshops and critiques of bonsai. There will also be a large selection of bonsai and related supplies on sale. Admission fee information was not available as of press time, and organizers expect a new website to go live this month and allow for digital registration. April 2: MT Earth Fest
Manheim Township School District and the Manheim Township Recreation Department will again collaborate on MT Earth Fest, an annual community native plant sale and Earth Day festival. The event will be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., rain or shine, at Overlook Park & Overlook Activities Center, 301 Golf Drive, Lancaster. Admission is free. Organizers are currently accepting applications for information tables, plant vendors and creative vendors who work in natural or recycled materials.
